My Broccoli Sprouts Salad Recipe
Broccoli Sprouts- 1/2
Chopped onion and onion greens- 1/2 cup
Chopped cucumber – 1 cup
Roasted chopped capsicum/ red bell pepper- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves- 2 tsp
Thick Curd- 2 tsp
Lime juice- 1tsp
Black pepper- pinch
Olive oil- 1 tsp
Steam or Blanch broccoli sprouts for 3-4 min. Mix all the herbs and spices in hung curd , Add sprouts it , Add lime juice and mix it. This salad can be used as spread for sandwiches and toast.
